The Bank's Hong Kong Branch is now seeking high calibre individuals with long-term career objectives to apply for the following position:

Assistant Vice President -

Corporate Banking Department 1 - Japanese Corporate Team 2

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle customer onboarding, KYC, CDD reviews and other KYC related activities in the department
Collaborate with relationship managers and various internal departments including operations, legal & compliance, to resolve KYC /AML issues
Monitor all KYC related cases to ensure they are managed properly
Maintain smooth operation of the team, coach and monitor team members performance
Train and guide new joiners and provide on-going updates to the team
Control and review KYC operation procedure to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

University graduate preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with minimum 6-8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in corporate banking
Sound knowledge of KYC requirements in corporate banking sector
Demonstrate strong self- motivation, independence and leadership
A responsible team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus
Proficient in using PC and MS Office
