Associate -
Operations Department - Clearing and Deposits
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide processing support and checker duty primary to A/C Administration & Servicing
- Perform the duties on account opening, account closing and maintain up-to-date customer information in various systems
- Assist the supervisor on the execution of administrative tasks including statement administration & reprinting, charges collection, customer documents filing and scanning, block/release of account
- Backup support the duties on processing deposit transactions, HKICL clearing items (DDA, FPS etc.), inward and outward clearing cheques for clearing and cheque honor
- Assist in preparing ad hoc projects including any system project development, drill test, UAT and management reports relating to customer records and accounts
- Provide guidance to junior team members on account maintenance and servicing tasks
Requirements:
- Matriculated with good academic results, preferably Diploma or Degree holder,
- At least 5 years relevant experience in customers' account documentation handling with 1-year checker role preferred.
- Basic knowledge in KYC and AML/CFT compliance related regulatory rules and Companies Registry’s practice.
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Hands-on PC knowledge, VBA, MS Excel Macro, Alteryx would be an advantage
