Associate -
Corporate Banking Department 1 - Japanese Corporate Team 2
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out customer transactions related activities including handle customer enquiries, manage loan, deposit, FX, customer onboarding, change of bank registration, KYC duties, etc.
- Liaise with relevant departments to process customer transactions in a timely manner
- Assist Relationship Managers (“RMs”) to explore and maintain good customer relationship & collect various information to support RMs to solicit new business opportunities
- Cross sell the Bank’s products & services e.g. expanding deal amount and spread of deposit, loan & FX
- Smoothen operations workflow
- Train & guide new joiners for smooth integration at work
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- University Degree in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant banking experience preferably in corporate banking sector
- Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and operations
- Customer-orientated, strong service mindset and able to understand and capture customer needs
- A team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus
- Proficient in PC and MS Office
- Less experienced candidate will be considered as Officer
