Clerk -
Finance & Administration Department - Administration Team
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mailing services such as postage, courier, by-hand delivery and internal distribution etc. to support the daily operations of SMBC and the group companies.
- Supports office repairs and maintenance and accommodate the office equipment and facilities management.
- Supports the administration works of business engagement and the Bank’s events.
- Handles operation processes such as statements printing and processing.
- Supports general office administration.
- Supports clerical work in administration operations.
- Takes part in various projects and initiatives, if appropriate.
Requirements:
- Secondary School Form 5 or above.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
