Contract Officer (12-month) -
Operations Department - Corporate Payment Services
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process corporate inward / outward remittance transaction, cross-border payment, customer account transfer through different interbank payment channels / systems. Conduct balance checking, signature verification as well as making judgement on payment channel and matching dealer slip of foreign exchange, etc, during processing.
- Support administration support in any transaction processing areas as may be directed by supervisor from time to time.
- Perform day end reconciliation to ensure all transaction is properly registered.
- Prepare various regulatory reports as required.
- Participate in system enhancement and user acceptance test.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staffs to meet various operation standards.
- Follow all established policy and procedures on transaction processing. Observe the rules and regulations in relation to money laundering, maintain a level of awareness and vigilance on suspected transaction.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or above, Diploma/Degree holder preferable.
- 3 years of experience remittance operation with wide experience in operations areas.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer focus and service-oriented attitude.
- Good knowledge in payment transaction related compliance checking against AML and anti-terrorism.
- Good PC skills in MS Office. VBA, MS Excel Macro, Alteryx would be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin preferred.
