Credit Analysis and Control Department - Credit Operation
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform full scope credit administration functions including credit limit and collateral input and maintenance in systems (T24, OBS, FOX) with meticulous review of loan agreement provisions for limit loading
- Operate as CCRA operator and ensure timely and accurate credit reporting to Department Head, Management, Head Office, and HKMA
- Coordinate with Credit Officers to maintain accurate credit records and support Back Office and BP teams on transaction execution in line with credit approvals and T24 operational matters
- Manage daily administrative tasks including due date controls, document custody support (scanning, housekeeping), and uploading documents into Document Management System (DMS) for easy access
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma holder in banking/finance related discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience in banking industry, preferably in credit administration and operations, including date entry, processing, and credit reporting
- Proficient in system operations, especially T24, OBS and FOX
- Sound knowledge of credit processes, general banking operations, and reporting compilation is preferred
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to operational accuracy and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with strong ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately
- Good command of written and spoken English; Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior staff members
