Vice President -
Credit Analysis and Control Department
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Credit Analysis
- Review the monitoring/credit application prepared by BP Officers. The review includes formality double check after BP Office checker
- Provide necessary credit analysis and opinion on the customers and transactions to support RMs to proceed the transactions (Attend BP Office regular meeting and relevant pipeline meetings as much as possible)
- In depth analysis for companies / company groups
- Consultation, give advice and guidance to BP Office
- Credit Planning
- Develop/revise/abolish credit risk management related frameworks, cooperate with BP Office and other relevant departments
- Support BP Office to find any signs of deterioration of the customers
- Support BP Office and Credit Administration Team for credit cost management
- Hold MDRM (collaborate with GCD)
- Other credit risk management matters, includes handling external/internal audit matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline(s)
- Certified Credit Risk Management Professional is preferred
- Experienced or understanding in the following areas:-
- Accounting /Financial Analysis and documentation
- Financial and business performance of major market players in Hong Kong and China
- General Economy, Market trend and outlook
- Asian Markets, especially in Hong Kong and China
- General banking operations is preferred
